This Privacy Policy explains how the Intensive Software Development Program (ISDP), a department of Jamia Ashrafia, Lahore, Pakistan ("we", "us", "our"), collects, uses, and protects information provided by visitors to our website at isdp.edu.pk (or isdp.org.pk) and through our application/contact forms.

We are committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with applicable Pakistani data protection laws and Islamic ethical principles of amanah (trustworthiness) and hifz al-'ird (protection of honour and privacy).

We collect information in two ways:

a) Information you provide directly:

• Name, email address, phone number when you fill the contact or waitlist form
• Madrasah name, graduation year, and city for admission applications
• Any messages or inquiries you send us

b) Information collected automatically:

• IP address, browser type, pages visited (via Cloudflare analytics — no personal identification)
• No cookies are set for tracking or advertising purposes
• We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any third-party ad tracking

3. How We Use Your Information

• To respond to your inquiries within 24–48 hours
• To notify you when 2027 admissions open (waitlist)
• To process and evaluate admission applications
• To improve our website and program based on feedback
• We will never sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing

4. Third-Party Services

This website uses the following third-party services for functionality:

• Formspree — for contact and waitlist form processing. Subject to Formspree's Privacy Policy.
• Cloudflare — for hosting and CDN. Subject to Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.
• OpenStreetMap / Leaflet — for the map on the contact page. No personal data is shared.
• Google Fonts — font files served from Google's servers. IP may be logged by Google per their privacy policy.

5. Data Storage & Security

Form submissions are handled by Formspree and delivered directly to our secure email address (admin@isdp.edu.pk). We do not maintain our own database of user submissions beyond what email retains.

We follow industry-standard security practices including HTTPS encryption enforced via Cloudflare.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Request access to personal information we hold about you
• Request correction or deletion of your data
• Withdraw consent to receive communications from us at any time
• Contact us with any privacy concerns

7. Cookies

Our program is designed for adults (Dars-e-Nizami graduates). We do not knowingly collect information from individuals under 18 years of age.
